A glimpse into the key moments from our first Polyverse event 📸 🎤🎶

The day opened with a conference that set the tone for everything that followed. 🗣️Representatives from Catholic and Protestant Christianity, Judaism, and Islam shared powerful reflections, opening a space for dialogue and connection.

From there, we stepped into history with a guided tour of the 4th century Basilica of Aquileia 🏛️, a majestic UNESCO World Heritage site, and home one of the largest and most ancient early Christian mosaics in Europe.

Shortly after midday, Polyverse’s message of peace moved beyond words to transforming into 🎶 . The concert brought together a rich and diverse programme reflecting the project’s intercultural and interfaith spirit: from the sacred music of Palestrina, deeply rooted in Catholic tradition, to traditional Sephardic choral songs and psalms, and the timeless compositions of Bach, central to the Protestant tradition.

Each piece became a journey of its own, all leading to the milestone of the project: 🎼 Polyverse Echoes, our original interfaith composition co-written by Maria Beatrice Orlando, Sakis Negrin, and Aaron Dan.

The journey continues, as our choir prepares to bring Polyverse to Greece and Germany 🗓️ ✈️ ! Stay tuned, more details are coming soon here and on our website 📱.

Bringing together different musical styles, cultural backgrounds, and artistic perspectives was no simple task. Yet, through collaboration and dialogue, something truly unique has emerged.

🎶 Polyverse Echoes will soon be performed by our international multifaith choir as part of a programme inspired by diverse religious traditions.
